Frequently Asked Questions

Are the prints glossy?

No, we use a ‘semi-sheen’ paper. This restricts reflection to a large degree and is also an ideal paper for displaying behind glass (framing).

When can I expect delivery after ordering on the website?

We make every effort to print and despatch within 24hrs of receiving your order. 

However, in extremely busy periods, holidays and weekends, we may take an extra day or so.

Once your print is printed and packed, we despatch via a tracked courier service. You will receive a tracking code so you can check the status of your parcel on route.

I have my own photo I’d really like a print of, can you print from this?

Yes. If you send us a message, we will contact you to discuss. But please remember, your print will only be as good as your original photo.

Will you be adding more photos?

Yes we will. At the end of each season, we will add new photos of that years Steam Rally Events.
 We will also add extra photos as and when our selected photographers send us photos.

Does my print have to have a white border?

No, if you want an ‘edge-to-edge’ print, please select this from the dropdown menu on the ordering page.

What other services do you offer?

We are professional graphic designers and printing specialists. We design and print all manner of items – brochures, leaflet & flyers, magazines, posters, business stationery, signage etc.

We also produce Fogra certified colour proofs for designers, publishers and printers.

Do you offer refunds?

In the unlikely case we fail to supply any prints as per your order, then yes we will offer a refund once the package is returned to us.

Your print(s) will be packaged in immaculate condition – therefore we cannot be responsible for any creases, tears or rips once you have opened it.

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

We pack all prints in robust cardboard mailing tubes. If your package looks damaged in anyway, please do not sign for it on delivery. We cannot be held responsible once you have taken delivery.

Can you delivery to a different address to my home?

Yes, please enter a delivery address at the checkout stage.

Will the prints fade in the sun?

We use Epson Ultra Chrome Inks. These have a much greater resistance to fading than other inks. These inks generally don’t fade under normal circumstances, so your prints should look great for many years.

Can you supply the prints at custom sizes?

Yes. when selecting the size from the drop down menu, choose one that is larger than your custom size. Then in the comments box at checkout, tell us what size you want your print(s) to be.

Important: state the width x the height in mm’s please.

I take photos at Traction Engine Rallies, do you buy images?

We select a number of 1st class photographers to feature on our website.
